Check out our interview with Kristina!

"What is your favorite memory at St. John's?

"I can't narrow it down to just one memory, but my favorite memories are the simple ones. The ones where we just sit down as a class and do something together like playing a game, or  talk. These are my favorite memories because they are memories we chose to make together.

What will you miss most about St. John's?

"My classmates. No matter what kind of day I was having, they would cheer me up either by their ridiculous jokes, or genuine kindness."

What advice do you have for the incoming 8th graders?

"Make memories that will last you a lifetime."

Who would you like to thank at St. John's?

"My classmates for helping me become the person I am today. I wouldn't be where I am without their support. I would also like to thank Mrs. Runge for being my biggest cheerleader and giving me the advice and help I needed to be able to move on from St. John's and achieve great things."

What high school will you be attending in the fall?

"I will be attending Lane Tech."

What are you excited for in high school?

"I'm the most excited about having a fresh start, new people, new environment, and new memories."

What is one hope you have for your future?

"That I get to go to the college of my dreams."

What is your favorite Bible verse?

Isaiah 53:5: "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed."

Kristina, we hope that you'll continue to shine your light for Christ as you leave St. John's!
