St. John's Application Process

​Thank you for your interest in applying to St. John's Lutheran School! Please review and complete the checklists below to be eligible for enrollment. As a part of the admissions process, all families must attend an open house or take a tour of the school. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or take the first step in scheduling your tour by filling out the Request a Tour Form below!

To be eligible for our programs, students must be three-years-old for Preschool 3,  four-years-old for PreK-4, and five-years-old for Kindergarten by September 1st. Additionally, all students must be toilet-trained by the date of enrollment.

All families must complete the following items to be eligible for enrollment:

• Attend an open house or arrange for a private tour of the school.
• Submit the online application with the $55 non-refundable application fee.
• Once accepted, complete the enrollment process.
  • Pay the $55 non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • If applicable, submit a financial aid application during this step. Only one financial aid application per family is needed.

​​​Your child's spot is secure once you've accepted the spot by completing the enrollment process.

​Grades 1-8 Admissions Check-List

​All families must complete the following items to be eligible for enrollment:

• Attend an open house or arrange for a private tour of the school.
• Schedule a shadow session for your child (optional but recommended).
• Submit the online application with the $55 non-refundable application fee.
  
• Submit the student's most recent report card and test scores
• If the child has an IEP or 504 plan in place, a copy of the plan must be submitted along with the application.
• Once accepted, complete the enrollment process.
  • Pay the $55 non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • If applicable, submit a financial aid application during this step. Only one financial aid application per family is needed.

​​​You will be notified about acceptance within two weeks of  submitting your application. Your child's spot is secure once you've accepted the spot by completing the enrollment process.
